Admission Policy

SES GURUKUL is a co-ed school.

The school has classes from Std. I to Std. X.

A ratio of girls and boys is maintained in each class.

Students are admitted irrespective of nationality, race, caste or religion.

Academic Stage	Classes
Primary	Std. I to VIII
Secondary	Std. IX and X

Admission forms are available on the website only during the period given below:

Std. I to Std. X – Saturday after Dussehra, depending on the availability of seats.

Admission Criteria

SES Gurukul is a non-selective school.

Admissions are done by Random Selection.

We believe that a child/student seeking admission, should experience the new environment by spending two days in Gurukul, prior to finalising her/his admission in the relevant class.

This process also enables the parent to arrive at a well-informed decision.

Please note that children seeking admission in Std. IV upwards will have to undergo a short entrance assessment.

** Number of seats in Class 1 is 45 (Forty Five) only.

It is mandatory to submit hard copies of the admission and medical form in the school office (details given in the Instruction Document).

Kindly note the following:

Purchase of form does not guarantee admission.
The final decision to grant or refuse admission rests with the Management alone.
Pressure through political influence is not entertained.

Fees

SES GURUKUL is an unaided school.

The fee chart for Primary and Secondary sections is displayed on the School Notice Board at the beginning of each academic year.

Fee Payment Schedule :

1^st Quarter	before 10^th April
2^nd Quarter	before 10^th July
3^rd Quarter	before 10^th October
4^th Quarter	before 10^th January

Please note:

The school does not send any verbal/written reminders for payment of fees. Fees, once paid, are not refunded.
