Academic Session – Report 2025–2026

The academic year 2025–2026 was another milestone in SES Gurukul’s journey towards excellence, reflecting our commitment to academic achievement, holistic development, and experiential learning.

Academic Excellence

• The SSC (Std. X) Board Examination recorded a 100% pass result.
• Out of 46 students, 12 students secured above 90%, while every student scored above 60%, reflecting consistent academic performance.

Student Achievements

• INTACH Heritage Quiz: SES Gurukul emerged as State Toppers.
• Cryptic Crossword Contest: Our students qualified for the National Finals held in New Delhi.
• Students actively participated in the CBSE Science Exhibition, Budding Authors Programme, and Reading Challenge, showcasing scientific inquiry, creativity, and literary excellence.
• In the NMTC Examination, two students received Commendation Certificates for their outstanding performance.
• Our students delivered an exemplary performance in the Homi Bhabha Examinations, reflecting their strong scientific aptitude.

Student Well-being & Safety

• In collaboration with Muskaan, the school conducted comprehensive POCSO awareness and child safety sessions for students and staff, reinforcing awareness about personal safety, protection, and the creation of a safe, secure, and supportive school environment.

Environmental & Social Initiatives

• SES Gurukul continued its active participation in the Pune Climate Warrior Initiative, where students enthusiastically contributed to programmes promoting sustainability and environmental awareness.
• Through the Sagar Mitra initiative, students regularly collected plastic waste for recycling, reinforcing responsible environmental practices.

Experiential Learning Through Culture & Performing Arts

• Celebrating festivals like Dussehra, Christmas, Independence Day, Republic Day, Foundation Day, Investiture, and Palkhi, every event becomes a meaningful learning experience. Students learn through immersive, theme-based presentations rooted in Indian culture and history.
• From scriptwriting, editing, music composition, event planning, and stage performance to presenting their work before parents, every stage becomes a meaningful learning experience, transforming textbook lessons into authentic real-life experiences.

Enriching Learning Experiences

• Students interacted with eminent personalities from diverse fields, including a cancer research scientist, documentary filmmaker, banker, and environmental conservationist, broadening their perspectives beyond the classroom.
• The school published the bi-annual student magazine, The Write Track, providing a vibrant platform for creative expression, writing, and artistic talent.
• Guided by our motto, “स्वाध्याय शक्ती”, students continued to strengthen conceptual understanding through inquiry-based and experiential learning.

As we move forward, SES Gurukul remains steadfast in its mission of nurturing confident, compassionate, and responsible learners while awakening the inner potential of every child.
